In 2019, Buenos Aires-based producer and new media artist Oblinof began working on a series of remixes with a systematic design approach inspired by the forms of expression and techniques belonging to newmedia art, focusing mainly on the postinternet concept coined by Marisa Olson, all with a constant pulse of 160 bpm in a club key, with a strong percussive imprint.

Rethinking the feedback that exists between what we create and who we are from the networks we inhabit and how we consciously or unconsciously choose our digital body to interact with the world around us.

'Postinternet Club EP' reflects not only on the production processes but also how these processes affect our self-perception. Rethinking the feedback that exists between what we create and who we are from the networks we inhabit and how we consciously or unconsciously choose our digital body to interact with the world around us. In this context, 'postinternet' does not refer to an art after the internet boom, but rather as from the internet our cultural structure began a process of collective mutation and how through it we can reconfigure our self-perception.
